Terms & Conditions

**1. Exchanges Only, No Refunds:**

At Dripology, we offer **exchanges only**. Refunds are not provided, except in special cases where we cannot meet your order requirements. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange.

**2. Shipping and Processing Times:**
Our office hours are **Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)**. However, if your order is ready outside of these hours, we may process shipments during weekends or holidays to ensure a timely delivery.

Please allow **4-15 business days** to receive a shipping confirmation. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the expected timeframe, we will notify you promptly. At that time, you may choose to receive a full refund or stay on our contact list for updates on your order’s shipping status.

**3. Product Availability:**
If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable after payment has been made, we offer the opportunity to **exchange the product** for something else that is available immediately or receive a full refund.

**4. Wig Orders:**
Please note that **there are no refunds on wigs**. Sometimes our custom wig units may take a minimum of **10 days** to be prepared and shipped. You may choose to receive a full refund or stay on our contact list for updates on your order’s shipping status.

**5. Product Inspection:**
All products are thoroughly inspected for any defects or damage before shipment. In the rare event that we identify a defect that requires us to manufacture or obtain a replacement, we will notify you immediately. You will then have the option to either receive a full refund or stay on our contact list for updates on the next estimated shipping date.

**6. Cosmetic Products:**
No Refunds

**7. Shipping Costs:**
All shipping is free. The customer is only responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless Dripology is at fault (e.g., wrong item sent).
